The Radek Přibyl platform is operated by WEMONT s.r.o., company ID (IČO) 62910281, registered office at Vratislavská 396/6, 181 00 Praha 8 – Bohnice, recorded at the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 34905 (the "Operator").

These terms govern the relationship between the Operator and users who express interest in buying, selling or establishing companies through the platform.

By using the platform, the user fully agrees to these terms.

The Operator facilitates the sale of ready-made companies (s.r.o., a.s., SE) and provides related services — company formation, accounting, registered office and legal support.

Information about individual companies is for informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer under the Civil Code.

Submitting an inquiry form creates no obligation for the user. The inquiry serves to establish contact.

Specific terms of a company transfer are agreed individually in a written contract, typically signed before a notary.

Prices shown for individual companies are indicative unless stated otherwise. The final price is confirmed in the contract.

Unless agreed otherwise, prices exclude administrative fees and notary costs.

The Operator is not liable for decisions made by the user based on information from the platform. The user must verify all data before concluding a contract.

These terms and the relationships arising from them are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll. (the Civil Code) and Act No. 90/2012 Coll. (on Business Corporations).

If the user is a consumer, they have the right to out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes. The competent body is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2, www.coi.cz.

The Operator reserves the right to change these terms at any time; changes take effect on the day they are published on the platform.
