What is a ready-made company?

It is a company already registered in the Commercial Register, with an assigned company ID (IČO) and paid-up capital, which has never traded. It can therefore be transferred to a new owner immediately.

How fast is the company transfer?

Handing over the signed documents usually takes 24–48 hours. The registration of the changes in the Commercial Register then takes a few days.

Is a notary required for the transfer?

The share transfer agreement must always have officially verified signatures. A notarial deed is only required if you also change the company name, move the seat outside Prague, split the share among several shareholders, or change the business activity.

Are the companies debt-free?

Yes. Every company offered is verified, has never traded and has no liabilities.

Question 5

What is the minimum share capital of an s.r.o.?

Accepted Answer

Since 2014 the legal minimum share capital of an s.r.o. is just CZK 1. Our ready-made companies have their capital (e.g. CZK 20,000 or 200,000) fully paid up.

Can I change the company name and seat?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can arrange a change of the name, seat and business activity for you — in those cases the transfer includes a notarial deed.

What does VAT payer mean?

Accepted Answer

A VAT payer is registered for value added tax — it adds VAT to its prices and can also deduct VAT on purchases. A company that is already a VAT payer saves you the wait for registration.

Can I pay for the company online?

Accepted Answer

Yes. After your order is approved we issue an invoice you can pay online. Once paid, you receive the documents by e-mail and in your account.

Question 9

Can I buy an a.s. or an SE?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Besides s.r.o. we also offer joint-stock companies (a.s.) and European companies (SE). The share capital of an a.s. is CZK 2,000,000.
