• No debts or liabilities — request confirmation that the company has never traded and has no liabilities. • Paid-up share capital — with verified companies the capital is fully paid. • Clean history — for companies 'with history', ask for complete accounting records. • Verified signatures — the share transfer agreement must have officially verified signatures, otherwise it is ineffective against the company. • Commercial Register entry — after the transfer, check that you are registered as both managing director and shareholder.
